Dominic Johnson is a seasoned financial professional and the Executive Director of a pioneering nonprofit dedicated to empowering minority business owners with vital resources and community support. As the Founder of Johnson Generational and Managing Director at Mass Mutual’s Madison location, Dominic brings a wealth of expertise to his mission of fostering cross-cultural financial awareness and education, particularly in communities that have historically been underserved.
Having pursued a study in Personal Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dominic has been immersed in the financial services space since 2015. His journey commenced with a two-year internship at Morgan Stanley, where he dedicated himself to analyzing a significant $700M book of business. Subsequently, Dominic’s impactful tenure at Northwestern Mutual saw him providing assistance to over 500 clients and cultivating a team of over 30 advisors within a mere five years. This accomplishment led to Dominic becoming the youngest Managing Director in the company’s history at the age of 26.
